Brian Wesley is a Licensed Building Contractor based in Tampa, FL, boasting over 30 years of expertise in design development and construction for complex development projects.
Brian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts and brings a wealth of skill and expertise to every project.
He brings full scale direction as Owner's Representative for large corporate clients and General Contractor for many commercial and Residential developments.
His extensive commercial portfolio features notable names such as Universal Studios - Orlando, Hard Rock International, Chick-fil-A, Outback, Carrabba's, Bonefish, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos, Merlin Entertainments, Caribou Coffee, and numerous others.
In addition to his commercial ventures, Brian specializes in residential design/build projects, offering custom kitchen remodels, luxury bathroom remodeling, full home renovations and additions.
Brian's prior role as the Director of Design & Construction for one of Southwest Florida's largest Residential Developers uniquely positions him to offer custom and semi-custom home design, along with meticulous construction detailing and execution.
